It won't surprise you that as a personal trainer I have a passion for health and fitness with the belief that you don't need to be perfect to get to your goals.
Helping others become engaged in fitness, or take a step to the next level, is something that I really enjoy being part of.
I have exercised pretty much all my life and learning about new fitness trends, ideas and the changing science, is a hobby to me as much as it is a job.
I have played county rugby, and I enjoy having a goal such as triathlons, marathons etc and I have recently swum the English channel, climbed Mt Blanc and the Matterhorn
