Frequently asked questions
How regularly depends a lot on the individual.
If you know you will be good at doing your 'homework' between our session once a week works well for keeping people in check.
If you know you won't exercise on your own you should come and train 2 or 3 times a week (but I'll still get you doing bits on your own!)
Less than once a week is beneficial if you're disciplined and not needing as much accountability.
Some people are very motivated and disciplined and just need a few sessions to know they are doing the right thing for their health and fitness goals, and then they carry on, on their own, happy they are heading in the right direction.

Other clients want to have a mixture of cardio and weights. I will recommend what I think is the best approach depending on what you have been doing between our sessions.
Cyclists, runners, and gym class enthusiasts come for weight training too, which is great conditioning for their own training and gives them a more rounded fitness level.
